Click 'Get Support' in the SetupMy Support portal and fill the form with as much information as possible.
This will log a ticket to the support team, and they will shortly get in touch with you via ticket reply, phone, or chat.
Once logging a ticket, you will receive an email with a link back to your ticket where you can update any additional notes and see the progress. This is also where you will see any replies, but you will always receive an email alerting you when a support member has replied to your ticket.
You can always check the status of your ticket by returning to the support portal and clicking 'My Tickets'.
