You need to order accessories for your new Mac

Answer

On the support portal, click 'Request New Service' and browse through the accessory options available to you. After choosing what you need and clicking 'Request Now', review the accessory will work with your device and doesn't require any further adapters.

Once you've confirmed the accessory will work with your Mac, click 'Place Request' in the top right corner.

Note: Requesting a new service item may need approval from your company head. When placing an order, an approval request will be sent to your company head before the order will proceed.
