My storage keeps saying it is full, how do I add more storage?
It isn't possible to add more internal storage in your Mac.
There are several options to optimise the storage being used, such as using cloud storage (iCloud, OneDrive, Google Drive) to save data elsewhere without having to connect an external hard drive.
You can manage your storage by clicking the Apple logo > About > Storage > Manage.
