How do I fix flickering when I connect multiple external displays?
This may be an incompatibility issue therefore check if the external monitor you are connecting to is compatible. Check adapters being used, and if possible, test and use with Apple approved adapters.
A step you can try is going into System Preferences > Energy Saver > Automatic Graphics Switching and deselecting this option.
